About The Programme
Malaysian Buddhist Academy (MyBA) is offering the Diploma in Buddhist Studies in collaboration with the Department of Pali & Buddhist Studies, University of Kelaniya (UoK), Sri Lanka.
This programme is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in learning and getting a better understanding of Buddhism.
The course will cover different aspects of Buddhism and their relevance to society and world today.
Programme Structure
Five Course Units and Essay:

Entry Requirements
- Pass in STPM or London A Level; or
- Pass in GCE (General Certificate of Education) Advanced Level or its equivalent; or
- Diploma, preferably in Buddhist Studies from a recognised university or institution

Awarded by University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka
- Upon successful completion in the final examination set by UoK
- Graduate students with UoK Diploma in Buddhist Studies qualify for admission to Master of Arts in Buddhist Studies program with any university
