Malaysian Buddhist Academy (MyBA), instituted under the auspices of Malaysian Buddhist Academy Foundation in 2012, is a non-sectarian, non-profit and non-governmental charitable organisation established to benefit especially the Malaysian community, irrespective of race, creed or religion.
In line with these noble objectives, and with the generous donations and support from magnanimous benefactors, its main task is to provide a platform for a systematic and intellectual mode of study in the field of Buddhist studies and research, which are highly relevant for a holistic understanding of oneself in relation to the society and the world.
Moreover, students are able to gain knowledge and insight into Buddhist education based on authentic and reliable sources, creating a sustainable platform of integrating intellectual study (pariyatti), spiritual praxis (patipatti), and realization (paṭivedha) of the Buddha dhamma.
